摘 要：随着我国新农科建设的不断深入，对于新型农业人才的培养要求不断提高，为了更好地培养懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的专业人才，课程思政势在必行。该文以农学种植类相关专业的专业基础课程耕作学为例，从课程思政的必要性、建设方案、评价方式、建设预期目标等方面着手，探索其课程思政的设计与实施方法，以期为后续教学提供改革思路与经验。

Design and Practice of the Ideological and Political Education in Geoponics

Abstract： According to the current situation and development of the new agricultural， the talent education of agricultural scientific researchers seems much more urgent， necessary and high-level. The ideological and political education is taken to cultivate professional new peasants， who are proficient in the knowledge of agriculture and love the countryside and farmers. This paper takes Geoponics as an example to design and implement the ideological and political education， from the necessity， program， assessment methods and expectations， to provide reform thinking and experience for the further education.

课程思政是高校培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要手段与有效方法。2016年12月，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调，要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展的新局面。2018年，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅联合发布文件提出了发展“新工科”“新医科”“新农科”和“新文科”，即“四新”建设，拉开“新农科”建设的序幕。2019年8月，百余位全国涉农高校的书记校长、农林教育专家共同发布《安吉共识——中国新农科建设宣言》，推动中国高等农林教育进入新阶段。2019年9月，习近平总书记在给全国涉农高校书记校长和专家代表的回信中指出，以立德树人为根本，以强农兴农为己任，拿出更多的科技成果，培养更多的知农爱农新型人才。2021年2月，习近平总书记在赴贵州看望慰问各族干部群众时强调，要推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织等全面振兴。……
