摘  要：随着新工科建设的不断发展，工程教育和产业经济发展的联系越来越紧密，并互相支撑，对光电信息类专业双创教育提出新挑战。本文对应用型本科高校光电信息专业创新创业教育体系存在的问题和现状进行了阐述，构建并完善了适用于应用型本科高校光电信息类专业的双创教育人才培养体系，提出了多层次的创新创业实践教育平台，探索光电信息类专业在新工科背景下的双创人才培养模式，以满足企业和社会对光电类应用型及创新型人才的需求。

Abstract： With the continuous development of new engineering construction， engineering education and industrial economic development are more and more closely linked and support each other. It puts forward new challenges to the entrepreneurship and innovation education of optoelectronic information specialty. This paper expounds the problems and current situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of optoelectronic information specialty in application-oriented universities， constructs and improves the innovation and entrepreneurship education talent training system suitable for optoelectronic information specialty in application-oriented universities， puts forward a multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship practice education platform， and explores the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode of optoelectronic information specialty under the background of new engineering， to meet the needs of enterprises and society for optoelectronic applied and innovative talents.

2015年國家将高等学校的创新创业教育的重要性提到一个新的高度，颁发了《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》，伴随着人工智能、互联网的飞速发展，产业新布局的转型升级，全面深化创新创业教育已成了应用型本科院校发展的必然趋势。为了融入产业结构升级，高校要重新制订培养方案及创新驱动发展战略，构建适用于新工科的多层次创新创业实践教学平台，从而提高高校双创型人才培养的质量。

创新创业教育要改变以往传统的人才培养理念，以往的人才培养中多重理论而轻实践，学生的动手实践能力欠缺，而新的人才培养理念，要将创新理念贯穿基础与专业教育环节，将创业教育贯穿到实践教学、各类创新创业类竞赛及创新创业实践项目中去。……
