【摘  要】传统文化具有一定的教育价值和教育内涵，在幼儿教育中融入传统文化教育可以提升受教育者的精神素质。幼儿正处于初级教育阶段，幼儿教师要充分认识到在幼儿教育中融合傳统文化的作用。幼儿教师在教学中、在幼儿生活和学习中要潜移默化地渗透传统文化教育，注重通过精神熏陶，改变传统的说教式教学，在彰显我国传统文化继承和发展价值的同时，也可以更好地促进幼儿思想品德教育的发展。

Effectively Implement Home-Kindergarten Co-education to Help Children Grow up Healthily

【Abstract】Traditional culture has a certain educational value and educational connotation. The integration of traditional culture education into early childhood education can improve the spiritual quality of the educated.Children are in the elementary education stage， and early childhood teachers must fully realize the role of integrating traditional culture in early childhood education.Early childhood teachers should subtly infiltrate traditional cultural education in teaching， childrens life and learning， and focus on spiritual edification to change traditional preaching teaching. While demonstrating the inheritance and development value of our traditional culture， it can also better promote the development of children's ideological and moral education.

一、幼儿教育和传统文化融合的内容

（一）道德规范教育

幼儿正处于可塑性较强的时期，此阶段的教育对幼儿后期的行为、思想、心态都会产生很大影响，传统文化中含有宝贵的思想品德、道德规范的教育资源，对幼儿园来说是一种十分有利的教育资源和教育手段。因此，教师可以将传统文化和幼儿教育进行结合，最终实现对幼儿的道德规范和礼仪教育。道德规范教育可以端正幼儿的思想态度，对幼儿后期的人生观、价值观的形成起着导向作用，比如教师可以培养幼儿尊老爱幼、拾金不昧、互助友爱的品德意识。另外，中华传统文化中最具影响力的儒家学说中的思想教育，如仁爱思想、己所不欲勿施于人、有朋自远方来等一些优秀的思想理念，也可以在教学活动中向幼儿传递。

（二）利用传统文化因素进行行为习惯教育

传统文化中既有丰富的精神文化、物质文化、知识文化，还有一些其他文化行为，比如我国古典社会的礼仪教育。……
