【摘  要】新课改提出了德育理念，小学教师在教育学生、管理班级时，应主动从德育视角出发，以德育手段组织各项工作，保证教育教学活动与新课改要求之间的一致性，同时更好地促进小学生身心健康成长。笔者立足于该背景，对小学班主任应如何在德育视角下优化班级管理展开了分析，同时结合教学实际提出了几点建议，以供参阅学习。

The Optimizing Strategy of Class Management of Primary School Teachers from the Perspective of Moral Education

【Abstract】The new curriculum reform puts forward the concept of moral education. When educating students and managing classes， primary school teachers should proactively start from the perspective of moral education and organize various tasks by means of moral education to ensure the consistency between educational and teaching activities and the requirements of the new curriculum reform， and at the same time better promote the physical and mental health of primary school students.Based on this background， the author analyzes how a primary school class teacher should optimize class management from the perspective of moral education， and at the same time puts forward several suggestions based on teaching practice for reference and learning.

教育不仅仅是向学生讲解知识，还包括对其积极生活态度、健康人格、正确思想、良好品德的培养。因此随着新课程改革工作的不断推进，基础教育愈发重视德育，对各学科教师，尤其是班主任提出了“以德育手段教导并管理学生”的要求。

一、以身作则，践行德育理念

班主任是小学生在校期间接触时间最长的人，且在大多数小学生心中，教师都是一个崇高的职业，是值得尊重和学习的。因此，他们在班级生活中，经常会模仿班主任言行举止。这意味着，要想实现对学生的有效管理，班主任必须正视自身对学生的影响作用，主动约束自身行为，建立正确价值观念、道德意识，从根本上提升自身素质，以身作则地践行德育理念。如用规范书写的板书影响学生一笔一画地写字，用随手捡起垃圾的行为影响学生爱护班级环境。这种在日常生活中渗透的无声教育，往往能在极大程度上增强班级管理效果。
