【摘    要】作业作为学习和评价反馈的基本形式，其设计优化策略，已日益成为课改的一大亮点。新课程改革的核心理念是一切为了学生的发展，随着这一理念的不断深入，“道德与法治”课也需要随之适应与调整。对“道德与法治”课作业进行“微”设计和“巧”使用的探究，更有利于激发学生积极参与学习的热情，有利于学生从生活中去探究发现有用信息，并且及时加以处理，有效提升学生的沟通和解决问题的能力。

The Design and Application of Moral and Legal Micro-homework Based on Students Physical and Mental Characteristics

【Abstract】Homework is the basic form of learning and evaluation feedback， and its design optimization strategy has increasingly become a highlight of the curriculum reform. The core idea of the new curriculum reform is that all for the development of students， with the deepening of this concept， "morality and the rule of law" class also needs to adapt and adjust. The exploration of "micro" design and "smart" use of "morality and rule of law" is more conducive to stimulating students' enthusiasm to actively participate in learning， to help students find useful information from life， and to deal with it in a timely manner， effectively improving students' ability to communicate and solve problems.

“微作業”是指将作业设计得简单化、细腻化，它的形式多样，如：微调查、微采访、微视频等。在《道德与法治》教学实践中，我们可以引入“微作业”，让学生在完成作业的同时真正融入实践。“微作业”的特点就是耗时少、参与度高、易于操作、学生喜欢。 “微作业”非常灵活，教师可以在不同的课堂加以运用，充分发挥其有效性，让其更好地服务于课堂教学和学生发展。

一、“微布筑道”“微作业”设计遵循的“三大”原则

（一）遵循短小精悍原则

“微作业”体现“微”字，即少量，小学阶段要求教师在作业设计时要考虑学生完成作业所需的时间。作业虽“微”，但要“精”，作业设计是课堂教学的延伸，只有“精”的作业，使学生学习的课堂知识能够得到有效的巩固与迁移。“微作业”的提出符合为学生减负的发展趋势，深受教师、学生及家长的欢迎，这需要我们一起努力探索、及时沟通、共同提升。在集体及个人备课时，教师可以对教学内容进入深入研讨，结合学生实际情况，整合本地区各种资源，精简合理设计出“微作业”。……
