【摘    要】阅读是幼儿开发大脑、拓展思维的重要媒介，良好的阅读习惯是阅读活动开展的前提。对此，幼儿教师应设计出能让幼儿开心阅读的方法，让幼儿能享受阅读的乐趣。本文从五方面提出班级图书馆管理与实践的策略，以期能为其他幼儿教师开展班级图书馆管理与实践提供参考。

Set Up the "pleasure" Method to Enjoy the Pleasure of Reading

【Abstract】Reading is an important medium for children to develop their brains and expand their thinking. Good reading habits are the prerequisite for reading activities. In this regard， kindergarten teachers should design methods to make children happy to read， so that they can enjoy the pleasure of reading. This article proposes the management and practice strategies of the class library from five aspects， hopes to provide reference for other kindergarten teachers to carry out class library management and practice.

阅读虽然是人的一种学习和求知的行为，但对幼儿来说，阅读也是一种游戏和享受的过程。幼儿教师要有效利用游戏化的形式，让幼儿在班级图书流通这一活动中培养阅读兴趣，让书籍成为幼儿成长的阶梯，通过让幼儿成为班级图书馆的管理者和阅读者，使幼儿获得全面发展。

一、以兴趣，创环境——借阅活动初探

（一）图书馆场地环境创设——基于幼儿兴趣

图书为幼儿提供了一种认识世界的视角，也是社会、语言、认知、情感、艺术领域的教育相互渗透、整合的一种有效途径，对幼儿的发展具有重要意义。而在幼儿园图书馆的管理与创设中，图书阅读环境的创设也是十分重要的，良好适宜的阅读环境能使幼儿踏足图书馆时对阅读产生一种油然而生的兴致感，对培养幼儿的阅读兴趣有积极的作用，它就像一股清泉一般流入幼儿的心灵深处，激发幼儿内心对早期阅读的渴望，使幼儿对阅读发自内心的喜爱。教师在创设图书馆阅读环境时要结合幼儿的喜好与兴趣，为幼儿提供良好的阅读环境，进行班级图书馆管理与实践。……
