摘  要：随着新媒体短视频平台的发展，各个领域都在尝试信息技术带来的巨大发展空间，且在教学、宣传等工作的应用中已经取得较好成效。对于体育教学来说，体育教学短视频同样适宜，依据学生实际情况及体育课堂训练目标 进行针对性地设计，可以为小学体育课的有效性提供新方法和新思路。本文阐述了体育教学短视频在小学体育教学中的应用优势，以期为提升体育教学效果提供可靠参考。

On the Advantage and Application of Short Video in Primary Physical Education

【Abstract】With the development of new media short video platform，all fields are trying to information technology to bring a huge space for development，and in the teaching，propaganda and other work has achieved good results in the application. For the physical education teaching，the physical education teaching short video is also suitable，according to the actual situation of students and the physical education classroom training target targeted design，can provide new methods and new ideas for the effectiveness of the primary school physical education class. This paper expounds the advantages of short video in PE teaching in primary school PE teaching，in order to provide a reliable reference for improving PE teaching effect.

短视频高效的教学方式，让体育课内容变得更为直观和具体，按照新课标教学要求，其符合推动师生交流沟通和提高体育教学质量的要求。多角度的表现手法，有趣的讲解与细微动作画面的有机结合，使枯燥的中小学体育教学充满快乐和趣味。甚至在一些基层县市，特别是在体育课堂教学评优中，体育短视频教学往往被当作教学创新的一个评判依据。如何设计出宜于学生接受、促进学生掌握的体育教学模式，使学生在新式体育课堂中，积极主动地进行有效练习，从而快速、有效掌握体育基础知识、基本技能、基本方法，实现真正的中小学体育锻炼。这已成为体育教学亟待思考的问题。

1. 体育教学“随意化”问题分析

纵观我国的教育阶段，小学教育是人生重要的启蒙期，也是开发智力、培养良好习惯的关键期，更是可塑性较强的成长期。现实生活中，体育教育是义务制教育中较为弱化的科目，在一些小学中体育课没有得到应有的关注和重视。……
