摘  要：在小学语文教学中，阅读和写作作为学生学习语文的重要内容，是学生需要掌握的基本能力。特别是在新时期课程改革背景下，要求教师在语文教学中要重点加强学生阅读能力与写作能力的培养，以此实现学生对语文知识的实践和应用。在小学语文教学中，教师要通过采取有效的方法实现教学方法的创新，提高学生的阅读能力与写作能力，进一步优化学生对语文知识的学习。本文主要针对小学语文教学中学生阅读与写作能力的培养进行探究，通过把握当前小学语文教学中阅读与写作能力存在的问题，更新教学理念，优化教学方法，使学生的阅读能力和写作能力满足自身学习的需求，满足新课程改革的需要。

On the Cultivation of Students' Reading and Writing Ability in Primary School Chinese Teaching

【Abstract】In the teaching of Chinese in elementary schools，reading and writing are important contents of students' language learning，and they are the basic abilities that students need to master. Especially in the context of curriculum reform in the new era，teachers are required to focus on strengthening the cultivation of students' reading and writing skills in Chinese teaching，so as to realize students' practice and application of Chinese knowledge. In elementary school Chinese teaching，teachers should adopt effective methods to achieve innovation in teaching methods，improve students' reading and writing skills，and further optimize students' learning of Chinese knowledge. This article mainly focuses on the cultivation of students' reading and writing ability in primary school Chinese teaching. By grasping the current problems of reading and writing ability in primary school Chinese teaching，we update teaching concepts and optimize teaching methods to make students' reading and writing ability meet their own learning. To meet the needs of the new curriculum reform.

閱读和写作在小学语文教学中都占据了非常重要的地位，也是学生学习语文知识，实践语文知识的重要手段。有效的阅读能够让学生获取更多的知识，相应的写作能力能够让学生抒发自己的情感，发表自己的见解，使得学生将所学习的知识通过阅读和写作的方式展现出来，是考核学生语文学习效率的重要指标。在当前新时期课程改革背景下，教学工作者要更加全面和系统地考虑学生当前的实际情况，结合语文的阅读能力和写作能力目标创新教学手段，提升阅读教学质量，优化学生的写作能力。
