【摘    要】随着新课程改革和我国法治化的不断发展，人民的法律意识和法治观念也应满足课程改革的要求，得到极大程度的提高，这与政治教学的普及程度密切相关。课堂教学的研究与探讨是教育领域永恒的话题，法治意识的培养在高中政治教学中得到极大的发展，想要提高学生的法治意识和法治素养，进行法治教育有着重要的积极作用。

Probe into Cultivating Students' Sense of Rule of Law in High School Political Teaching

【Abstract】With the new curriculum reform and the continuous development of the rule of law in our country， the people's legal awareness and concept of the rule of law should also meet the requirements of the curriculum reform and be greatly improved， which is closely related to the popularization of political teaching. Classroom teaching research and discussion is an eternal topic in the education field， the cultivation of the rule of law awareness has been greatly developed in high school politics teaching， to improve students' rule of law awareness and literacy， the rule of law education plays an important and positive role.

一、当代高中法治教育面临的现状

（一）学生对于法律知识知之甚少，缺乏法律情感

造成学生法律知识匮乏的原因是多方面的，首先就是学校未能高度重视对于学生法律概念的培养，没有开设相关的法律课程，更没有对于法律知识的测验和考试，致使学生没有良好的法律基础，法律意识淡薄，更不会对法律产生浓厚的兴趣。其次是法律本身对于高中阶段的学生而言是相对枯燥乏味的，学生对法律知识难以提起兴趣，又因为法律不是他们的考核内容，在种种原因驱使下，学生学习法律不认真，致使其法律意识淡薄。

（二）學生法律常识寥寥无几，难以高举法律武器

当下，虽然我国已经大力强调人民要知法、学法和用法，但仍有一大部分的学生难以理解其中的意义，低估法律的重量，没有基本的法律常识，不会拿起法律武器来捍卫自己的权利。这种现象普遍存在，致使社会上仍有许多学生被有心之人欺骗而误入歧途的现象。……
