【摘要】随着科技的迅猛发展，互联网及移动终端普及给世界各国教育带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。翻转课堂应运而生，并受到广大教育者的青睐。本文基于我国翻转课堂教学提升学生自主学习能力的现状分析，将主要从学生和教师两个视角分析阐述影响因素。在学生方面，学生自主学习能力的提高主要受制于学生学习动机不足、缺少学习策略和缺少自我评估与管理意识等因素;在教师方面，教师思想意识不足、教学内容安排不合理和教学方法单一等也均会影响到学生自主学习能力提高的可能性和有效性。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of technology， the emerging of Internet and mobile devices has brought great challenges and opportunities to the educational system worldwide. Flipped classroom， responding to the new trend， has became popular widely. Based on the analysis of current data on the effect of flipped classroom in improving students' self-learning ability， this article aims to draw out the factors influencing that from two aspects： students and teachers. From the point of students， they are usually possessing following traits： weak motivation， lack of learning strategy and the consciousness of self-evaluation and self-management; as far as the teachers are concerned， some of them are not fully aware of the importance and necessity of changing traditional teaching models and some can not arrange the teaching content properly ， even with stiff teaching model， which both will definitely influence the possibility and efficiency of improving the self-learning ability.
