【摘  要】复述能力是进行语文学习的一项重要能力，只有掌握了较强的复述能力，学生才能充分发挥自身的主观能动性，增强自己的阅读理解能力和文章分析概括能力，促进创造思维和发散思维的发展，确保语文综合学习能力和语文素养的有效提升。然而，复述能力的培养并非一朝一夕之功，教师应该遵循循序渐进的原则，准确把握复述能力培养的四个阶段，通过科学合理的步骤来开展阶梯式的复述教学，确保学生顺利掌握复述能力，提升语文学习效率。

【Abstract】Retelling ability is an important ability for Chinese learning. 在開展小学语文复述教学时，教师就要注重对学生复述能力的培养。复述不是单纯地背诵课文，也不是简单地对课文内容进行概括，复述要求学生在原文内容的基础上，运用自己的创造思维对故事进行二次创作。通过开展复述教学，教师能够有效培养学生的理解能力，促使学生思维能力得到更好的发展，创造力和想象力得到充分释放。因此，复述教学对于学生语文素养的培养具有十分重要的作用。要想有效培养学生的复述能力，教师就要充分了解小学生的年龄特点和认知规律，通过阶梯式的复述教学对学生的复述能力进行循序渐进的培养，确保学生的复述积极性得到充分调动，复述能力得到有效增强。本文针对如何有效构建小学复述能力的阶梯提出以下策略。
