【摘  要】信息网能帮助有时空距离的人相互联系，同时通过网络人们能获取更多的信息。中小学生正处于思想文化、道德修养和政治意识初步形成和完善期，思想政治课在塑造青少年美好心灵与先进政治意识方面发挥着不可替代的作用。鉴于网络在传播信息方面的优势，利用网络平台对中小学生进行思想政治教育，已成为对中小学开展思想政治教育的大势所趋。

【Abstract】Information networks can help people in time and space to connect with each other， and at the same time， people can get more information through the network. Primary and middle school students are in a period of initial formation and perfection of ideological and cultural， moral cultivation and political consciousness. The ideological and political courses play an irreplaceable role in shaping the beautiful hearts and advanced political consciousness of young people. In view of the advantages of the Internet in disseminating information， the use of Internet platforms to conduct ideological and political education for primary and middle school students has become a general trend for the development of ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools.

处于中小学阶段的青少年是接过老一辈人的重任，担负未来社会主义建设的继承者和主体力量。要想让学生将来真正成为有利于社会、有利于国家的人，不仅要让他们学好科学文化知识，还要进一步加强对他们的思想政治教育。新的中小学青少年一代更早地接触到互联网，于是在迎接互联网浪潮的时候，成为时代的弄潮儿。充分运用网络平台的优势，实现互联网与思想政治教育的有效结合，是发展中小学思想政治教育的现实需要，同时它给广大中小学教育工作者提供了教学的新思路和新途径。

一、中小学网络思想政治教育概述

网络教育是与线下教育相对的，依托互联网技术开展相关课程知识教学的一种教育模式。网络思想政治教育就是利用互联网平台实行思想政治内容的传授与教导，它是远程教学的一种重要形式，是教育信息化和网络化的总体趋势和目标。……
