【摘  要】在教育改革不断深入的大背景下，树立学生的主体地位，已经成为高中教学的发展趋势。高中生物是非常重要的基础学科，在教学中教师应该在生本教育理念的指导下不断革新教学方法，提升课堂教学的有效性，培养学生在生活中应用生物知识分析问题、解决问题的能力。本文结合具体教学案例，论述提升高中生物课堂有效性的实践策略。

【Abstract】Under the background of the continuous deepening of education reform， establishing the dominant position of students has become the development trend of high school teaching. High school biology is a very important basic subject. In teaching， teachers should constantly innovate teaching methods under the guidance of student-based education concepts， improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching， and cultivate students' ability to apply biological knowledge to analyze and solve problems in life. This article combines specific teaching cases to discuss practical strategies to improve the effectiveness of high school biology classrooms.

一、转变教学思想，打造生本课堂

在传统的教学模式中，教师是课堂的主导者，在课堂教学的大部分时间里，学生都是被动地吸收知识，自我表达的机会比较少。特别因为高考的存在，教师的教学目标主要以提升成绩为主，课堂互动较少，导致学生的学习积极性不高。突出学生的主体地位，培养学生主动学习的能力，是教育改革的核心目标。教师应该转变教学思想，努力打造生本课堂，让学生成为学习的主体，这也是提升生物教学有效性的基础。

打造生本课堂，需要教师不断创新教学方法，增加学生的表达机会，为学生留下更多自主学习的时间，培养学生的自学能力。传统的教学模式下，教师往往采用“满堂灌”的方式讲授理论知识，课堂信息密度较大，学生吸收的效果并不好，还容易对所学知识产生厌倦和排斥心理。因此，在教育改革不断推进的情况下，教师需要转变传统教学思維，以引导者和启发者的身份帮助学生学习，鼓励学生进行自主学习，充分挖掘学生的学习潜能，不断提高教学效率和教学质量。……
