摘  要：第二课堂对高校大学生培养创新意识、提升科研能力、做到知行合一具有举足轻重的作用。针对目前高校第二课堂开展现状，以某高校不同群体为样本，利用SPSS软件进行数据分析，结合时代特点和学生培养规律，建立“多维度、信息化”的高校第二课堂体系，利用“软制度”“硬平台”，提出从高校、教师、学生三个层面完善第二课堂创新人才培养策略。

Abstract： The second-classroom plays an important role in cultivating innovative consciousness， improving scientific research ability and achieving the unity of knowledge and practice. Given the current situation of the second-classroom development in colleges and universities， taking different groups of a university as samples， using SPSS software for data analysis， combined with the characteristics of the times and the law of student training， the second-classroom system of "multi-dimensional and information" is established， and the "soft system" and "hard platform" are used to improve the training strategy of innovative talents in the second-classroom from three levels of colleges， teachers and students.

自党的十八大、十九大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视教育事业的发展，就教育改革提出了一系列新理念新思想新观点。在新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议上，教育部部长陈宝生关于要深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、全面部署高校落实立德树人根本任务的观点，对我国高等创新型人才发展必将产生重要影响[1]。

培育创新型人才有两条途径：一是学校培养，二是社会锻造;学校培养是基础，社会锻造是条件[2]。二者相辅相成，在学校内打牢基础学习理论，到社会中将理论知识结合实践应用，温故而知新，提升综合素质，把握时代潮流。高校要牢牢把握青少年成长的“拔节孕穗期”，培养德智体美劳全面发展的接班人和建设者，以培养知识素养为基础，以加强创新能力教育为关键，而第二课堂制度的完善，对高校创新人才的培养具有重要意义。
