摘  要：高校专业课程是课程思政建设的基本载体。结合有机化学的课程特点，深入挖掘其中所蕴含的思政元素，从而培养学生勇于追求真理、勇攀科学高峰的责任感和使命感，激发学生的家国情怀和使命担当，以真正实现专业课与思想政治理论课同向同行。文章以含氮化合物为例，从含氮化合物的发展史、物理化学性质及实际社会热点案例三个方面深入挖掘专业知识中的思政元素，开展有机化学思政教学实践，以真正实现教书与育人的有机融合，努力培养能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

Abstract： Specialized courses are the basic carrier of ideological and political construction. In order to cultivate students' sense of responsibility and mission to pursue truth and scale the heights of science， and stimulate students' feelings of home and mission， the ideological and political elements of organic chemistry are deeply explored according to the characteristics of organic chemistry. In this paper， taking nitrogen compounds as an example， the ideological and political elements in professional knowledge are deeply and appropriately excavated from the development history， physical and chemical properties and practical design hot spots of nitrogen compounds. The ideological and political teaching practice of organic chemistry is developed. The aim of this paper is to achieve the organic integration of teaching and education， and to cultivate new human of the socialist China who can take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.

2019年3月18日習近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上指出：“思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。青少年阶段是人生的‘拔节孕穗期，最需要精心引导和栽培。[1]”因此，“思政课作用不可替代”。然而，仅依靠思政课教育往往还不能完全满足新时代对思想政治教育的目标和要求，必须将思政教育全方位融入专业课程之中，才能更全面地发挥出学校思想政治教育的针对性和时效性。习近平总书记在2016年12月全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。……
