摘  要：党的作风是马克思主义同中国革命实践相结合的产物，在革命和建设实践中不断充实和发展。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，高校党的作风建设出现了新情况新变化。建设中国特色社会主义大学，必须深入理解党风建设的历史意义，不断探索新时代高校党风建设规律，针对高校特点做好统筹设计、全面改进加强。

Abstract： The style of the Communist Party of China is the product of the combination of Marxism and Chinese revolutionary practice， which is constantly enriched and developed in the practice of revolution and construction of China. In face of the new situation and changes in the ideological style， political style， study style， leadership style， work style and life style of the CPC in colleges and universities， we must deeply understand the historical significance of the CPC's style construction， constantly explore the law of the CPC's style construction in colleges and universities in the new era， and do a good job of overall design， comprehensive improvement and strengthening according to the characteristics of colleges and universities.

马克思在《评普鲁士最近的书报检查令》中说：“我只有构成我的精神个体性的形式。‘风格就是人”[1]p3。对于一个政党来说，党风是其党员个人在实践中表现出来的行为风格和工作作风，是一个政党性质和价值观的外在表现。执政党的党风对社会风气有着关键性的导引作用，邓小平同志指出：“端正党风，是端正社会风气的关键”[2]。中国的高校是中国共产党领导下的社会主义大学，党的作风深刻影响着高校的思想作风、政治作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风、生活作风，其构成一所大学的底蕴和形象，是高校精神文化建设的核心内容。

一、把握加强党风建设的深刻内涵和重要意义

什么是党风？在党风学[3]理论看来，党风就是指党的风格或作风。而作风是指“人们在学习工作和生活中表现出来的稳定的态度和行为”[4]p4。中国语境下的“党风”，主要指中国共产党员、特别党员干部的思想作风、政治作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风、生活作风等;文风、会风等多作为以上作风的衍生和细化，很少并列论述。……
