摘要：《数控机床故障诊断与维护》是一门操作实践性很强的专业课程，采用传统的课堂教学模式已不能满足信息技术高速发展时代新大学生的学习要求。借助于网络教学平台，在教学过程中采用线上线下混合式教学模式，打破了学习时间和空间上的限制，弥补了课程计划学时的不足，激发了学生主动学习的积极性，培养了学生自主学习的能力，学生在教学过程中的主体地位更加明显，教学效果得到了显著提高。

Abstract： The course of "Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of CNC Machine Tools" is a professional course with strong practical operation. The traditional classroom teaching mode cannot meet the learning requirements of new college students in the era of rapid development of information technology. With the help of the network teaching platform， the online and offline mixed teaching mode is adopted in the teaching process， which breaks the time and space constraints of learning， and makes up for the lack of class hours in the curriculum plan. It stimulates the enthusiasm of students' active learning， and cultivates the ability of students' autonomous learning. In this teaching mode， the dominant position of students in the teaching process is more obvious， and the teaching effect has been significantly improved.

0  引言

随着“互联网+”的飞速发展，基于互联网越来越多的教学平台也在不断推出，许多课程在“以学生为中心的”现代教学理念的指导下，进行了线上教学实践改革，众多的学生被这种新的教学模式所吸引，也激发了他们浓厚的学习兴趣。《数控机床故障诊断与维护》课程的学习与其它基础理论课不同，其教学目的是为了培养与维修实际工作岗位相一致，具有一定基本素质能进行数控机床故障诊断和维修操作的技能型人才，课程教学不单要教授数控机床维修所必须的理论知识，更为重要的是要传授数控机床维修所需要的工作知识，因此对于实践性很强的维修课程，线上教学模式还不能完全替代传统的教学模式，将互联网在线教学与传统教学的优势进行互补，在教学过程中探索应用线上线下混合式教学，以全面提升教学效果、促进教学改革是非常有必要的。……
