摘要：随着产业技术革新速度的加快，企业职工技能和素质能力的再提升就显得十分迫切。职业培训作为高职院校的社会法定职责之一越来越被重视，面向企业开展高质量的社会培训已成为高职院校的重点工作。本文以产业学院为职工培训平台，主要就产业学院培训平台建设、师资队伍、教材资源开发和培训考核等方面进行分析研究。通过高职院校发挥其职业培训的社会服务功能，促使为社会企业开展高质量职业培训。

Abstract： With the acceleration of industrial technological innovation， it is very urgent to improve the skills and quality of enterprise staff. As one of the social legal responsibilities of higher vocational colleges， vocational training has been paid more and more attention. In this paper， the industry college as a staff training platform， mainly on the industry college training platform construction， teaching staff， teaching material resources development and training assessment and other aspects of analysis and research. Through the social service function of vocational training in higher vocational colleges， we can promote the development of high-quality vocational training for social enterprises.

0  引言

教育部等九部门《职业教育提质培优行动计划（2020-2023年）》中指出“引导职业学校和龙头企业联合建设500个左右示范性职工培训基地”。《职业技能提升行动方案（2019-2021年）》中也提到支持高职院校承担更多培训任务，实现优质职业学校年培训人次达到在校生规模的2倍以上。为深化职业教育产教融合和深度校企合作，培养服务产业高端的技术技能人才，进一步促进职业院校社会服务功能的发挥。就企业而言，为适应产业转型升级，迫切需要高水平的人才，通过职工能力培训以满足企业长远可持续的发展。

广东、江苏、浙江等职业教育发达地区的高职院校将职业教育与区域经济发展、技术进步结合紧密。因其在人才、技术能力、科研机构、师资力量等方面的优势，与中小微企业在产学研用合作较多，不仅可为其提供人才，也可以为满足产业升级提供职业培训。……
