【摘    要】小学数学是小学阶段教学中的主要学科，提升小学生的教学成绩并非易事。加上小学生的性格特点，他们的注意力不够集中，生性活泼。因此，教师在教学中要采取合理措施提升教学效率。本文结合小学数学的教学特点，立足于学生的实际学习情况，注重教学课堂的探究，致力于提升学生的学习数学兴趣，从在课堂教学中注重教学方法的灵活运用、联系现实生活、使用现代化的教学手段实施教学入手，对提升小学生数学成绩的策略做简单的分析与探讨，以期能为小学数学教学的发展助力。

A Brief Talk on How to Improve Pupils' mathematics Achievement by Various Teaching Methods

【Abstract】Primary school mathematics is the main subject in primary school teaching， and it is not easy to improve the teaching performance of primary school students. Coupled with the personality characteristics of primary school students， their attention is not enough and they are lively by nature. Therefore， teachers should take reasonable measures to improve teaching efficiency. This article combines the teaching characteristics of elementary school mathematics， based on the actual learning situation of students， pays attention to the inquiry in the teaching classroom， and is committed to enhancing students' interest in learning mathematics. From the classroom teaching， it focuses on the flexible use of teaching methods， connection with real life， and the use of modern The teaching method starts with the implementation of teaching， and makes a simple analysis and discussion on the strategies to improve the mathematics performance of primary school students， in order to help the development of primary school math teaching.

現阶段，提升小学生的数学成绩是各位小学教师共同追求的目标，但是大多数教师都不知道如何入手，难以在课堂教学中找到教学突破口。那么现在教师存在的问题有哪些？许多教师都过分注重课堂上的“讲”，把自己看作教学中的主体。这样的课堂存在着学生被动的学习、参与课堂活动的积极性不高、缺乏合作探究问题的能力以及质疑意识的问题。此外，教师的教学观念陈旧，习惯于运用“题海战术”开展教学，不利于学生学习效率的提升。

一、改变小学数学教师的教学观念

现阶段，一些小学阶段的教师特别是农村学校的教师思想观念陈旧，他们认为小学数学成绩的提升是在教师严格的要求之下不断逼出来的。传统教学观念认为教师只有开展“题海战术”，才能促使学生在错题中找到自己的不足，一步步把成绩提上去。……
