摘  要：生物制品生产技术课程是近年来我国部分高等院校生物类专业的重点核心课程之一。为了促进学生掌握生物制品生产技术所必需的理论知识和专业实践技能，结合自身专业优势和区域特色，培养出适合区域地方经济社会发展所需要的应用型高素质生物技术专业人才，文章从课程教学团队建设、教学内容优化、教学方式方法创新、产学研合作与开展、网络教学平台搭建、课程评价制度建立六方面对生物制品生产技术课程进行了改革与探索，逐步形成了科学合理的课程体系，也对应用型本科院校的其他课程改革提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract： In recent years， biological products production technology is one of the key core courses of biological specialty in some colleges and universities in China. In order to promote the students to master the theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills necessary for the production technology of biological products， combined with their own professional advantages and regional characteristics， cultivate applied high-quality biotechnology professionals suitable for the regional economic and social development， Six aspects including team building， teaching content optimization， teaching method innovation， industry-university-research cooperation and development， network teaching platform construction， and course evaluation system establishment have reformed and explored biological product production technology courses， and gradually formed a scientific and reasonable course system. It also provides references for other curriculum reforms in applied undergraduate colleges.

在2020年12月25日山東省政府新闻办组织召开的“‘十三五成就巡礼”主题系列新闻发布会上，山东确立了包括枣庄学院在内的39所普通本科院校向应用型高校转型，推进应用型本科高校建设，促进高等学校分类发展、内涵发展、特色发展。应用型创新人才的培养就需要专业化应用型的培养机制。高校尤其是地方应用型高校需优化调整各专业课程体系，增加学科交叉课、专业前沿课、产业实践课，提高人才培养与产业需求的契合度;加强创新创业教育，以提升全体学生创新创业能力为出发点，以学生参与度、学生获得感、学生满意度作为衡量标准，构建创新创业意识培养、知识积累、能力提升、成果孵化一体化的创新创业教育体系，为地方应用型高校办学和发展提供有效途径和支撑^[1-3]。……
