摘  要：随着工业4.0及全世界大范围内的又一轮科技改革发展、产业改革发展、经济最新发展、人类即将面临问题的复杂程度不断升级改变，迫切需要学科与学科之间的交叉复合，从而产生新兴的工科专业。针对这些情况，文章分析了多学科交叉复合的新兴工科专业建设与人才培养的特点、必要性及面临的主要问题，探讨了建设多学科交叉复合的新兴工科专业建设和创新人才培养的新举措，鼓励培养勇于探索和创新，培养具有独到见解的创新人才，并推动经济社会和科技发展需求的创新和突破。文章最后以机械电子工程专业为例，探索了新兴工科专业建设的多个重要环节之间是如何有效地进行交叉与融合的，以期为相关的新兴工科学科、专业的建设提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract： With Industry 4.0 and a new round of scientific and technological revolution， industrial transformation， new economic development， and the increasing complexity of the problems facing human society in the future， it requires the intersection of multiple different disciplines， resulting in emerging of engineering majors. In response to these situations， this paper analyzes the characteristics， necessity and main problems of the construction of emerging engineering majors and talent training in a multidisciplinary cross-combination， and discusses new measures for the construction of emerging engineering majors in a multidisciplinary cross-combination and the cultivation of innovative talents. The paper is to  encourage the cultivation of talents who have the courage to explore and innovate， who are unique to science， so as to promote innovation and breakthroughs in technological and social development. This paper also explores the ways， methods and measures of how to effectively carry out the basic crossover to deep integration between the relevant disciplines and majors in the main links of the construction of emerging engineering majors， in order to provide a certain reference and reference for the construction of relevant new majors.
