摘  要：交通管理工程专业定位工学大类，同时又具有从属公安行业的特殊职业属性，造成了专业对创新和实践两个人才培养属性都有要求。交通工程与控制是交通管理工程专业重要的专业方向之一。交通工程与控制课程群明确以后，通过整合资源，以实践教学为研究对象，进一步构建基于导师制的实践创新教学团队教学改革，并从教学平台、课程群界定、导师制培养模式、学生团队构建机制、导师制+实践创新团队人才培养模式的流程设计等方面进行了教学模式研究。本研究的方法和技术路线可以进一步推广到相近专业、类似课程群的创新团队。

Abstract： The traffic management engineering major belongs to engineering， and also has special professional attributes that belong to the public security department， which leads to requirement of both innovation and practice talent training. Traffic Engineering and Control is one of the most important professional directions of traffic management engineering major. This paper takes the practical teaching of the Traffic Engineering and Control course group as the research object， and constructs a practical and innovative teaching team teaching reform model based on the tutorial system. From the teaching platform， the definition of the curriculum group， the tutorial system training model， the student team construction mechanism， and the tutorial system+research on the process design of the talent training model of the practical innovation team. The methods and technical routes of this research can be further extended to innovative teams of similar majors and similar courses.

一、背景

在当代高等教育改革中，面向实际需求，加强职业化人才培养是一个重要的发展趋势。教育部关于将600多所普通高等院校转向职业教育的举措表明，教育改革的突破口是现代职业教育体系[1]。公安本科院校是职业特色最鲜明的普通高等学校之一。公安机关对于公安院校专业毕业生强化技能培训，适应公安实战有强烈的需求。因此，作为公安技术类专业，交通管理工程专业如何在保持高等教学本科人才培养质量的同时，适应现代职业教育发展趋势，培养应用型人才，成为一个我们必须去面对的问题。

按照教育部专业门类划分，交通管理工程专业属于公安技术类专业，其前身是交通管理专业，属于公安管理类专业[2-3]。……
