摘  要：在高校学生管理与培养工作中，研究生群体集体荣誉感的养成至关重要。文章从学院层面探讨了培养研究生集体主义精神而构建起“一主线、两队伍、三平台”思想教育模式，寻求研究生集体荣誉感的养成方法。并对于研究生个人的发展、研究团队的共同进步以及高校研究生思想政治教育工作的有效进行均具有一定的积极意义。

Abstract： In the management and training of college students， the cultivation of the collective sense of honor of graduate students is very important. This paper discusses the ideological education mode of "one main line， two teams and three platforms" by cultivating the spirit of collectivism for postgraduates， and seeks the cultivation method of the collective sense of honor for postgraduates. It is of positive significance to the individual development of postgraduates， the common progress of research teams and the effective conduct of ideological and political education of postgraduates.

近年来，陕西师范大学地理科学与旅游学院针对当前研究生存在的问题，以增强研究生思想政治工作的时代感和吸引力为核心，以培养研究生集体主义精神为重点，通过构建“一主线、两队伍、三平台”（以下简称“一二三”）思想教育模式，不断提升研究生思想政治教育的亲和力和针对性，将“化、进、新”融入研究生思想教育的日常工作中，并取得了显著成效，对于研究生个人发展以及高校研究生思想政治教育工作的有效进行均具有一定的积极意义。

一、当前学院研究生思想现状及影响因素分析

（一）自我意识强

当前研究生在人生观和价值观上表现为自我意识比较强，他们更加追求内在价值的自我实现，追求自我完善。学院研究生年龄多在 22-30岁之间，部分有一定的工作经历，其个性发展基本成熟。当他们在生活或学习中遇到困难时，大部分会选择自己想办法克服困难，少数会选择向辅导员和朋友求助[1]。……
