摘 要：在资源配置全球化的情况下，在各个国家的科学技术以及经济发展情况不平衡的背景下，许多国家进行“强强双赢”合作，技术强国德国和经济强国中国也不例外，在职业教育方面开展了深度合作，中德SGAVE项目应时代而生并且良好运行，但我们需要正视在项目进行过程中发生的问题，并进行具体讨论和分析，進行效率最大化。

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of the Sino-German SGAVE Project Course

Abstract：In the context of the globalization of resource allocation， and the imbalance of science and technology and economic development in various countries， many countries have carried out "strong and strong win-win" cooperation. The technological power Germany and the economic power China are no exception. In-depth cooperation in education has been carried out. The Sino-German SGAVE project was born in response to the times and is running well， but we need to face up to the problems that occurred during the project， and conduct specific discussions and analysis to maximize efficiency.

中德两国在文化技术交流方面有深度的合作，在众多的领域成果中都存在两国强强合作的痕迹，在职业教育方面更是做出了突出的成绩，十年育树百年育人，各个国家的教育模式优势劣势皆存在，我国与德国进行职业教育合作，弥补我国在职业教育教学模式的不足，并在合作的道路上互取所长，进行创新和探索。

1 SGAVE课程概览

SGAVE项目课程的进行，有中德两国的努力，是两国共同的教育成果，整体的项目对汽车企业机电技术人才培养以及实践能力极其重视。这个项目具体是中国，德国五大汽车制造企业，如宝马、戴姆勒、奥迪、大众、保时捷，与德国国际合作机构（GIZ）共同进行的。

中德双方将SGAVE课程架构分为八个项目，分别是：（1）汽车和汽车系统的维护与保养;（2）发动机机械机构的诊断与维修;（3）电气系统和能量、起动系统的诊断与维修;（4）发动机管理系统的诊断与维修;（5）传动系的诊断与维修;（6）汽车行进系统的诊断与维修;（7）新型驱动系统的诊断与维修;（8）维修工作的交际与沟通。……
