摘 要：随着我国经济建设的脚步不断迈进，综合交通运输体系的作用也日益凸显出来，党的十九大明确提出要建设交通强国。因此，无论是在经济发展还是在政策导向方面都在大力推进建设交通强国，而综合交通运输体系规划是对未来交通运输业的发展起引领作用的重要措施，对未来的交通乃至经济发展的方向具有导向性。因此，研究分析综合交通运输体系规划的思想和创新是十分必要的，本文将从创新、效率、科技等多方面对综合交通运输体系规划进行讨论分析。

Research on Planning Thought and Concept Innovation of Comprehensive Transportation System Based on Building a Powerful Transportation Country

Abstract：With the continuous advancement of China's economic construction， the role of the comprehensive transportation system has become increasingly prominent. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that it is necessary to build a powerful country in transportation. Therefore， both in terms of economic development and policy guidance， China is vigorously promoting the construction of a strong transportation country， and the comprehensive transportation system planning is an important measure that will lead the development of the future transportation industry， and will affect the future direction of transportation and economic development. Therefore， it is very necessary to study and analyze the thinking and innovation of comprehensive transportation system planning. This article will discuss and analyze the comprehensive transportation system planning from the aspects of innovation， efficiency， technology and so on.

交通运输是我国经济发展的基础，是未来经济等多方面发展的导向标。我国社会的主要矛盾已经变为对美好生活的向往与发展不平衡、不充分之间的矛盾，而交通正是改善发展不平衡的重要方面，因此加强、完善新时代的综合交通运输体系规划，构建一个高效的交通运输体系有利于未来各行各业的发展。创新思想是发展的动力，将创新和交通运输规划相结合，不仅能够提高交通运输的质量、效率，还将推进各行各业的发展，因此将交通运输规划创新化发展，对我国未来发展有重大意义。
