【摘    要】在新的时代背景下教学方法变得越来越多元化。其中简单教学经验的总结以及分析借鉴最为关键，这一点对数学教师个人是一个较大的挑战及考验，初中数学教师需要始终保持谦虚向上的学习心态，主动抓住学习及提升的机会，丰富自身的数学教学经验，主动学习最新、最前沿的数学教学知识，调整教学模式，保障自身能够为学生提供优质的数学教学服务。

【Abstract】In the new era， teaching methods have become more and more diversified. Among them， the summary and analysis of simple teaching experience is the most critical. This is a greater challenge and test for mathematics teachers. Junior high school mathematics teachers need to always maintain a humble and upward learning attitude， actively seize opportunities for learning and improvement， and enrich themselves The mathematics teaching experience， actively learn the latest and most cutting-edge mathematics teaching knowledge， adjust the teaching mode， and ensure that it can provide students with high-quality mathematics teaching services.

教学知识是教师专业发展中的重要组成部分，对教师的教学创新有重要的指导作用。为了使枯燥知识变得生动化以及形象化，教师需要站在宏观发展的角度，全方位促进数学教学知识的改革及创新，高效完成教学任务，全面提升教学质量及水准。

一、初中数学教师教学知识现状

在对初中数学教学进行分析和研究时不难发现，目前的教学质量和教学水平不容乐观，出现了许多历史遗留问题。比如教师采取的教学方式比较单一及落后、教学观念不符合时代发展的要求、整体的教学进度较慢、师资队伍不强。为了有效改善这一现实问题，学校和教师需要加强合作，真正实现理论联系实际，采取有效的措施来调整教学思路。对于初中数学教学来说，尽管在新的时代背景之下实现了快速发展，并且构建了完善的教学框架及模式。但是，有一部分教师的教学经验不足，所积累的数学教学知识较为浅显及片面，因此整体的教学质量不容乐观。……
