摘  要：小学阶段儿童的成长发展尤其重要。班主任作为班级管理的引导者，肩负着维护正常班级运行秩序和促进学生健康成长发展的关键作用。班主任的专业水平、专业素养、职业道德规范的形成与发展，成为优化小学班级管理的重要因素。新入职班主任往往会出现不自信和自我质疑，帮助新入职班主任明确对自己的期望，避免自我否定心态的产生，是现阶段需要重点解决的问题。互联网+时代的良好、深入发展，为新入职班主任素养的提升创造了更加丰富的资源和更广阔的空间。本文针对如何高效、合理地利用互联网+优势资源培养新入职班主任专业素养展开论述。

Probe into the Ways to Improve the Professional Quality of New Class Teachers in Primary Schools

【Abstract】 The growth and development of children in elementary school is particularly important. As the leader of class management，the head teacher shoulders the key role of maintaining normal class operation order and promoting the healthy growth and development of students. The formation and development of the professional level，professional qualities，and professional ethics of the class teacher have become important factors in optimizing the management of the primary school class. Newly recruited head teachers are often unconfident and self-doubt. Helping new recruits to clarify their expectations of themselves and avoid self-denial is a key issue that needs to be addressed at this stage. The sound and in-depth development of the Internet + era has created richer resources and broader space for the improvement of the quality of newly recruited class teachers. This article discusses how to efficiently and reasonably use the Internet + superior resources to cultivate the professional qualities of newly recruited class teachers.

教師队伍的核心力量—班主任队伍，组织开展班级工作，肩负着建设班集体的重要任务，致力于促进学生的身心健康发展，致力于推进学生综合素质的有效提升，是协调学校、社会、家庭的纽带支撑。小学新入职班主任由于刚刚步入新的工作环境，工作经验、工作能力存在欠缺，可能并不能很高效的投入到班级管理工作中，出现与家长沟通不顺畅、不能很好的贯彻落实学校有关政策等问题。有些新入职小学班主任可能因此丧失自信心，打击工作积极性。为了帮助新入职班主任更好的适应工作岗位，胜任相关的工作任务，应当积极的创新班主任培养手段方法，促进班主任专业能力、综合素质的良好发展。……
