摘  要：随着现代化社会的发展，人们对音乐精神层面的追求越来越重视。小学生学习音乐不仅可以提升对音乐的审美、陶冶情操，还能让学生利用音乐来抒发自己的情感和树立人生目标。但我国小学音乐课堂教学还处于发展的初级阶段，在实际的小学音乐课堂教学中仍有许多不足之处。基于此，本文从学生个体差异性为研究出发点，通过分析学生个体差异和分层教学概念，探索当前小学音乐教学发展现状，以及教师如何针对学生的个体差异开展音乐分层教学模式，以期为小学音乐课堂教学提供理论意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern society，people pay more and more attention to the pursuit of music spirit. Primary school students can not only learn music to improve the aesthetic taste of music，edify sentiment，but also allow students to use music to express their own emotions and set up goals of life. However，Chinas primary school music classroom teaching is still in the primary stage of development，there are still many shortcomings in the actual primary school music classroom teaching. Based on this，this paper starts from the individual differences of students and explores the current development status of music teaching in primary schools by analyzing the concepts of individual differences and stratified teaching of students，as well as how teachers carry out hierarchical teaching mode of music according to the individual differences of students，so as to provide theoretical significance for music classroom teaching in primary schools.

如今，許多小学受传统教学影响，音乐课始终得不到学校和教师的重视，一般的小学音乐课程大多都只是形式上的教学，教学内容和教学方法都无法提升学生的兴趣和创造力。然而，随着现代社会对艺术人才的需求增加，音乐课程逐渐被国家重视起来。基于此，本文以学生个体差异的小学音乐分层教学探究，在分层教学中培养学生的听觉能力、审美能力以及创造力，进而提升学生的音乐综合水平。

（1）学生个体差异概念

学生个体差异是指不同的学生在学习方面的差异。主要表现在学习的方式方法、能力、取得的成果、学习兴趣等各方面。致使学生学习个体差异的原因有客观方面和主观方面两种，客观方面的原因有学校因素、成长环境因素等等;主观方面的原因有先天因素、学习态度、生活习惯等等。……
