摘  要：安全管理和安全教育对初中生的健康成长有着重要的影响，如果学校可以做好安全教育和相应的管理工作则可以提高学生们的安全意识，也能引导学生在生活中规避一些安全危险，从而给学生的健康发展奠定良好的教育基础。可以说中学校园所开展的安全教育和相应的管理工作已經成为社会各界比较关注的问题，要在科学安全管理的基础上开展多样化的安全教育，这样才可以给学生的全面发展提供扎实的安全教育支持。但是研究指出大多数学校是在发生安全事故之后才做紧急处理和相应的善后工作，整体安全教育和管理工作处于被动的状态，未能给学生的健康发展提供有效的教育引导。所以本文认为中学校园需要做好学生的安全教育和相关的管理工作，从多个途径提高学生的安全意识。

【Abstract】Safety management and safety education have an important impact on the healthy growth of junior high school students. If the school can do a good job in safety education and corresponding management work，it can improve students' safety awareness and guide students to avoid some safety hazards in their lives. ，So as to lay a good educational foundation for the healthy development of students. It can be said that the safety education and corresponding management work carried out on the middle school campus has become a concern of all sectors of society. It is necessary to carry out diversified safety education on the basis of scientific safety management，so as to provide solid safety for the overall development of students. Educational support. However，studies have pointed out that most schools do emergency treatment and corresponding aftermath work after a safety accident occurs. The overall safety education and management work is in a passive state，failing to provide effective education and guidance for the healthy development of students. Therefore，this article believes that high school campuses need to do a good job in student safety education and related management work，and improve students' safety awareness in multiple ways.

基于传统教育理念和学生成长观念的影响，大多数学校比较重视教学质量的提升，而忽视对学生进行安全教育。这样就导致学校整体的安全教育意识比较薄弱，师生也未能关注到安全教育的重要性，即使所开展安全教育也是一些基本的内容，未能结合学生的实际生活实施针对性的教育引导。大部分是在校园事故发生之后进行被动的处理，而未能通过事前的安全教育和管理提高学生的安全意识，不能让学生在日常生活中合理规避一些安全隐患。……
