摘  要：导学案是指教师为促进学生的主动学习而编制的活动方案，包括学习目标、内容及流程等，起到了导读、导思、导做的功能。初中物理课程是一门以实验为主的学科，综合实践性较强，学生在自主预习或听教师讲解后会有豁然开朗的感觉，但是后续自主做题的效果并不好，此时借助导学案可帮助学生解决学习过程中的重难点，可有效发挥他们学习的积极性与主动性，使得课堂教学效率更高。

【Abstract】the guide plan refers to the activity plan compiled by the teacher to promote the students' active learning，including the learning goal，content and process，which has played the functions of guiding reading，guiding thinking and guiding doing. Junior high school physics course is an experiment-based subject，comprehensive practice is strong，students will have a sudden feeling after self-preparation or listening to the teacher explain，but the effect of the follow-up autonomous problem is not good. At this time，it can help students solve the difficulties in learning process，give full play to their enthusiasm and initiative，and make classroom teaching efficiency higher.

随着新课改的不断实施，要求教师在课堂教学的过程中遵循以自身为主导和学生为主体的教学理念，并注重培养学生学习的自主性和主动性。而导学案作为辅助教学的手段，能引导学生进行自主学习和合作学习，能使教师的整个教学过程更有针对性，学生的学习能力也能在潜移默化中得到提升，从而可夯实他们的物理基础，促进他们物理综合素养的全面提升。

1.初中物理教学中运用导学案的实际意义

（1）有助于学生自主学习

初中物理知识具有一定的抽象性和逻辑性，很多初中生感觉到很吃力，甚至有的学生丧失了物理课程学习的信心。而借助导学案，能促使教师将更多的时间和精力放在研究学生上，通过学生相互之间的交流与讨论，可帮助他们更好地获取知识，此外还可促使初中生发现其他学生的优点，有助于他们取长补短。……
