摘  要：文章就小学语文阅读课上个性化教育理念的具体渗透策略进行分析。阅读课上渗透个性化教育理念，这是满足阅读教学要求的需要，是促进学生全面发展的需要，也是落实新课程教学目标的需要。实践证明，营造轻松的阅读氛围，采取诸如问题情境教学法、角色扮演教学法、小组合作学习法等教学方法，实施开放性教学评价，对于促进学生个性化发展、提升阅读教学质量有明显效果。

【Abstract】This article analyzes the specific penetration strategies of individualized education concepts in Chinese reading classes in primary schools. Permeating the concept of individualized education in reading classes is the need to meet the requirements of reading teaching，to promote the overall development of students，and to implement the teaching goals of the new curriculum. Practice has proved that creating a relaxed reading atmosphere，adopting teaching methods such as problem situation teaching method，role-playing teaching method，group cooperative learning method，and implementing open teaching evaluation have obvious effects on promoting the individual development of students and improving the quality of reading teaching.

时代的发展需要创新思维、创造能力，其中，个性化思维是首要条件。在小学语文阅读课上，教师应是立足形势发展需求，在教学活动中渗透个性化教育理念，以此优化阅读教学效益。然而，在当下小学语文阅读课上，教师“一言堂”的现象仍然存在，即代替学生阅读，这违背了阅读教学的初衷，也不利于学生思维发展。高效教学视角下，教师应运用个性化教育理念，尊重学生主体地位，文章就如何基于个性化教育展开阅读教学进行探讨。

1.阅读课上渗透个性化教育理念的必要性

（1）滿足阅读教学要求的需要

阅读从本质上来说是一项情感体验活动，读者通过阅读作者的文字感受作者所要表达的思想。不同的学生有不同的人生经历、思维方式，所以阅读同一篇文章甚至同一句话后产生的感想不一定相同。因此，教师不能“代替”学生阅读，换言之，“一言堂”的教学方式不适合阅读教学，这会让学生对课文的理解千人一面。……
