摘  要：美术作为一门艺术课程在培养学生的艺术情操时有着重要作用。小学美术是学生学习美术的主要路程，由于学生身心发展不够成熟，学生对于美术作品的优缺点不能够有效认识，教师要引导学生进行多元化的评价作品，从而提高学生的美术素养，促进学生美术能力提升。多元化的评价方式不仅仅要求教师对学生作品评价要更加客观，也要注重学生的自尊心，评价的主要目的还是要学生认识自身不足，从而更好的改进和学习。

【Abstract】As an art course，fine arts plays an important role in cultivating students' artistic sentiment. Primary school art is the main way for students to learn art. Due to the immature physical and mental development of students，students cannot effectively understand the advantages and disadvantages of art works. Teachers should guide students to evaluate art works in a diversified way，so as to improve their art quality and enhance their art ability. Diversified evaluation methods not only require teachers to be more objective in the evaluation of students' works，but also pay attention to students' self-esteem. The main purpose of evaluation is for students to understand their own deficiencies，so as to improve and learn better.

评价是学生学习进步的重要方法之一，良好的评价可以引导学生正确认识自身不足，从而改进自身，提升了自身的美术能力。传统的评价方法主要是教师对于学生进行客观评价，带有一些主观色彩。新课改的要求下，教师要改变以往单一的评价方式，要注重对学生进行多元化的评价，从多个角度分析学生作品的特点。此外，还要注重引导学生进行自我评价，让学生正确认识到自身的不足，自我评价的方式也可以帮助学生快速提高美术素养，从而提高学生的美术能力。

1.多元化评价概述

多元化评价是当代素质教育的重要组成，与传统应试教育的唯分数论有明显的差异。多元化评价中，学生的成绩只是其中之一，学生的能力、思维、创新意识等都是评价的内容，这样全方位的评价方式更能够对学生的素质提高提供支持。……
