摘  要：加强医学院校卫生法治教育，培养具有法治思维的医学人才是职业要求，也是时代所需。当前，卫生法治教育模式面临着新型技术与传统教学的大变革，人工智能、互联网+等不断冲击着我国的传统教学模式。探讨构建合适的卫生法治教育培养模式，深化卫生法治教育教学改革，保障卫生法治教育出路是当前亟需解决的重要课题。

Abstract： To strengthen the health legal education in medical colleges and to cultivate medical talents with legal thinking are not only the professional requirements， but also the needs of the times. At present， the mode of health legal education is facing the great change of new technology and traditional teaching. Artificial intelligence， Internet + and other continuously impact on China's traditional teaching model. It is an important task to explore the construction of suitable training mode on health legal education， deepen the reform of health legal education and guarantee the way out of health legal education.

党的十八大以来，我国卫生领域《中医药法》《基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》等多部法律的陆续出台，显示了我国卫生法治体系建设的不断完善。新冠病毒疫情的发生，不仅使人们深刻认识到加强和完善公共卫生法治建设的重要性、紧迫性，也昭示了医学院校的卫生法治教育和卫生法治人才培养的基础性、根本性。探求适合的卫生法治教育模式，构建完善的医疗卫生法治人才培养教育方案显得尤为重要。

一、加强卫生法治教育的必要性分析

（一）培养应用型合格医学生的职业需求

首先，教育部《本科医学教育标准——临床医学专业（2016年版）》，卫生法治教育已明确列入临床医学专业人才培养要求和办学标准，是医学生开启自己职业生涯的必备前提条件。并且，执业医师资格考试以及研究生规范化培养都将卫生法治教育加入其中。在医患关系日趋紧张的今天，医疗纠纷是职业纠纷中较多的一类，且被《侵权责任法》单列。……
