摘 要：在北方高等体育院校冰雪运动教学中对高素质冰雪人才培养质量的教学评价仍采用单一评价主体、唯量化的评价方法，难以发挥冰雪运动教学评价的诊断、导向和调节功能。采用文献资料等研究方法，对7所北方高等体育院校冰雪专业教学目标、内容进行了调查，明确了学生冰雪职业能力培养是冰雪运动教学的主要内容和教学评价的重点;多元化的教学评价方法对冰雪运动技能和理论知识的“建构”、学习态度、交往合作能力、自信心以及意志品质培养等方面具有促进作用，体现了教学评价的发展特性。北方高等体育院校冰雪运动教学中终结性评价和过程性评价相结合，标准评价与非标准评价共用的教学评价方法有利于冰雪专业学生冰雪职业能力的培养。

Abstract：The using of the methods of single-subject evaluation and solely used quantitative evaluation during the teaching of winter sports qualified personnels that used by some sports colleges and universities in Northern China can not fully realize the functions of diagonsis， guidance and adjustment of winter sports teaching evaluation. By investigating the teaching objectives and teaching contents of snow and ice sports majors in seven sports colleges and universities in Norhtern China and by searching the related literatures and materials of teaching and learing evaluation methods in PE education， the author find out the core of personnel training-the prefessional ability of students. The application of diversified multi-dimesional teaching evaluation enables the students to develop their ice and snow sports skills and promote their “construction” of theoretical knowledge， as well as their learning attitude， communication and cooperation ability， self-confidence and volitional quality cultivation. It will also reflect the developmental characteristics of teaching evaluation. The combination of summative evaluation and process evaluation， standard evaluation and the non-standard evaluation in sports colleges and universities in Norhtern China is beneficial to the cultivation of the ice-snow professional ability of the students majoring in ice-snow sports.

2022年第24屆冬季奥林匹克运动会将在北京和张家口举办，北京冬奥会的举办需要众多冰雪专业人才，《冰雪运动发展规划（2016—2025年）》要求加强师资队伍建设，完善冰雪人才培养体系，鼓励有条件的高等院校和职业学院设置和发展冰雪产业相关专业[1]。但是在社会环境和需求变革情境下，传统的冰雪体育人才培养范式受到挑战[2]。北方高等体育院校紧抓国家冰雪运动战略良机调整办学思路，提高冰雪专业地位，改善办学条件：有的学校增设冰雪专业，已有冰雪专业的学校调整人才培养目标方案，完善冰雪课程体系，体现冰雪特色，提高冰雪人才培养质量。……
