摘  要：课程设计是教育教学的基础，是将课堂所学专业技术知识与课后能力扩展综合运用的教学实践环节。对培养学生工程思维和运用所学知识解决实际工程问题能力具有重要作用。以南昌工程学院水文与水资源工程专业为例，探讨在OBE理念下，以学生为中心、以结果为导向的水利类工程专业教学体系的建设方法与改革方案，以提升学生解决复杂工程问题能力、数据分析能力、开拓创新能力以及沟通协调方面的能力。这可为地方高校工程类本科教学改革提供参考与借鉴，为工程企业培养优秀人才，为培养新时期创新型及高素质人才提供新思路。

Abstract： Curriculum design is the basis of education and teaching， and it is a teaching practice link that integrates the professional technical knowledge learned in the classroom and the ability to expand after class. It plays an important role in cultivating students' engineering thinking and using their knowledge to solve practical engineering problems. Taking the specialty of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering of Nanchang Institute of Technology as an example， this paper discusses the construction method and reform plan of the student-centered， results-oriented teaching system of water conservancy engineering under the OBE concept， in order to improve students' ability to solve complex engineering problems， data analysis capabilities， pioneering and innovative capabilities， and communication and coordination capabilities. This can provide reference and reference for the reform of engineering undergraduate courses in local universities， train excellent talents for engineering enterprises， and provide new ideas for cultivating innovative and high-quality talents in the new era.

为培养学生全面发展，推进工程教育改革，不断深化我国工程教育理念，水利类工程专业在OBE（outcome based education）理念下进行教学改革。OBE是上世纪80年代兴起的一种以结果为基础，以学生为主老师为辅，持续改进的教学新模式[1]。基于OBE理念下的成果导向教育是反向设计、正向实施，在一定程度上保证了教育目标与教学成果的一致性[2]。水利类工程专业是国民经济的基础产业，肩负着培养具有良好的职业道德和社会责任感，具有扎实的基础素质、一定的国际视野并具备创新能力的高级水利工程人才的重任[3]。而传统教学理念采取正向设计原则，从课程体系反向到毕业要求，落实培养目标，再到需求。……
