摘 要：针对园艺产品商品学传统教学方式不利于应用型园艺人才培养的问题，从丰富教学资源、创新教学方法和改善课程考核办法3个方面进行了教学改革与实践，以调动学生学习的积极性，引导学生课后实践锻炼，从而培养学生的自主学习能力、实践能力和创新精神，为提高教学效果和培养高水平应用型园艺人才提供参考。

Teaching Reform and Practice in the Course of Horticultural Commodity Science

Abstract： Traditional method of teaching in course of horticultural commodity science is not conducive to applied talents cultivation of horticultural major. we performed teaching reform and practice from the aspects of enriching teaching resources， innovating teaching methods and improving course assessment methods， in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of students learning and guide students to practice after class， so as to cultivate students autonomous learning ability， practice ability and innovation spirit. It can provide reference for improving teaching quality and cultivating application-oriented horticultural talents.

长江师范学院园艺专业成立于2010年，2017年被重庆市立项为“十三五”重点学科，其人才培养的目标是培养能满足地方需求的高水平应用型园艺人才。园艺产品商品学是园艺专业的一门必修专业课，是商品学的一个重要的分支。本课程是集自然科学与社会科学于一体的一门多学科交叉的综合性和应用性都很强的课程[1]。教学内容广泛，教师不仅要讲授商品学的基础知识、园艺商品基地建设与管理、园艺产品采后商品化处理、园艺商品质量控制、市场分析、营销管理和新产品的开发等理论知识，而且还需要培养学生在园艺产品商品化处理和流通过程中的实践操作技能，提升学生的管理能力和创新能力[2]。然而，在园艺产品商品学课程的实际教学中仍存在着一些问题，例如课程相关资源少;传统的单一理论讲授教学方式导致教学的内容枯燥，空洞匮乏，学生的学习热情不高涨、学习注意力不集中;学生实践能力差，不能解决园艺生产实际中的问题，不利于应用型人才的培养等[3]。……
