摘 要：党的十九大报告中提出乡村振兴战略，明确了新农村的发展方向，为乡村旅游带来了很好的发展契机。景区带动型乡村旅游作为乡村发展的一种新类型，其发展将有助于实现农村产业向现代化过渡、实现农民增收、促进农村发展。基于此，该文分析了天洞景区带动下秀峰村的发展现状与发展模式，梳理了其在旅游发展中存在的问题，并提出了景区带动型乡村旅游发展的实施策略。

Research on the Development of Rural Tourism Driven by Scenic Spots

——A Case Study of Xiufeng Village in Qiannan Prefecture

Abstract： In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward， which defined the development direction of new rural areas， and brought great development opportunities for rural tourism. As a new type of rural development， scenic area driven rural tourism will help to realize the transition of rural industry to modernization， increase farmers′ income and promote rural development. Based on this， this paper analyzes the development status and development mode of Xiufeng village driven by Tiandong scenic spot， discusses the problems existing in the tourism development， and puts forward the implementation strategies of scenic area driven rural tourism development.

景區带动型乡村旅游是指依托旅游景区的开发建设，充分利用旅游客源地市场及游客接待设施[1]。结合乡村的特有资源，发展以农民为经营主体，乡村文化为核心内涵，城市居民为目标客户的休闲旅游形式[2]。党的十九大明确提出坚持农业农村的优先发展，为中国的农村及乡村旅游带来了前所未有的发展机遇[3]。2018年在全国的改革和发展会议中，再次强调了落实乡村振兴战略规划，指出要加强对旅游村庄的规划、设计和建设，以便推进城乡之间更好地融合[4]。而乡村旅游作为提高农村居民经济收入的重要途径，其发展将对于带动周围村民就业和提高农村环境起到了至关重要的作用。当前，把乡村振兴战略纳入城镇化建设中是政府主要研究的问题，通过发展具有特色的乡村旅游业，吸引大量资金的涌入，以更好地带动乡村旅游的发展，形成良性循环的态势[5]。……
