【摘  要】建筑科技创新团队是促进高素质建筑人才培养的核心力量，打造土木建筑行业科技创新团队是建筑人才培养的必然选择与保障。论文结合多年工作实践，首先论述科技创新团队的内涵，然后分析科技创新团队建设存在的问题，最后提出加强土木建筑行业科技创新团队建设的具体对策。

【Abstract】Construction science and technology innovation team is the core force to promote the training of high-quality construction talents. Creating science and technology innovation team in the civil construction industry is the inevitable choice and guarantee for the training of construction talents. Combined with the practice of many years' work， this paper firstly discusses the connotation of science and technology innovation team， then analyzes the problems existing in the construction of science and technology innovation team， and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen the construction of science and technology innovation team in the civil construction industry.

1 引言

基于建筑行业供给侧结构性改革的要求，建筑企业对高职建筑人才的要求日益严格，不仅要求建筑专业人才要具有扎实的理论知识与丰富的实践操作技能，而且要树立创新精神与良好的团队合作意识等。科技创新团队建设是培养高素质人才的核心力量，所以高职院校要围绕土木建筑行业人才需求构建高标准的科技创新团队。

2 土木建筑行业科技创新团队的内涵概述

2.1 科技创新团队的内涵

科技创新团队一般是指以团队带头人为核心，团队协作为基础，有明确目标任务，依托一定平台和项目，进行持续创新创造的人才群体。基于建筑行业的发展，土木建筑行业科技创新团队必须具备以下素养：一是知识结构科学，研究方向鲜明。随着建筑行业技术的不断发展，尤其是BIM技术在建筑行业中的应用，建筑行业的发展是多科学融合的产业，因此，现代高职建筑科技创新团队必须结合区域建筑产业发展的特点，构建具有内涵发展特色的知识结构体系，打造培养高素质建筑人才的科技创新团队。……
