Discussion on the Quality Control of Municipal Road Construction Survey from the

Perspective of Management

【摘  要】测量作为市政道路工程施工的一项重要工序，体现在各大分项工程和关键部位的施工中，贯穿整个施工的全过程，测量的质量将直接影响施工的质量。因此，论文从管理角度分析了市政道路施工测量工作，阐释了测量精度决定测量质量的思想。通过一些具体的措施提高测量精度，可以有效地控制市政道路的定位与尺寸，提高其线形质量。

【Abstract】As an important process of municipal road engineering construction， survey is reflected in the construction of each major sub-project and key parts， throughout the whole process of construction， the quality of survey will directly affect the quality of construction. Therefore， the paper analyzes the survey work of municipal road construction from the perspective of management， and explains the idea that the survey accuracy decides the survey quality. Through some specific measures to improve the survey accuracy， the location and size of municipal road can be effectively controlled， and the quality of its alignment can be improved.

1 引言

市政道路施工测量的目的，是将图纸上设计的道路设施的平面位置、形状和高程标定在施工地面上引导施工，并在施工过程中进行跟踪测量控制，使工程严格按照设计和规范的要求进行建设。测量是基础性的工作，在施工组织设计和具体实施中被当作一项重要工序。以下在总结市政道路施工测量的主要内容的基础上分析现阶段测量存在的主要问题，继而提出提高测量质量的主要措施。

2 市政道路施工测量的内容

市政道路属于城市建设的一类重点工程项目，为确保其施工的进度和质量，必须明确相应的测量任务与内容，最主要的测量内容如下。

2.1 施工控制网的测量

我国市政道路的路线相对较长，其施工测量通常采取分段控制的方式，主要方法是在每段道路的两端测定相邻的固定点，将其作为已知点参与控制测量计算。控制测量一般包括导线网测量和水准网测量，施工单位首先……
