【摘  要】随着农业信息化的深入推进，电子商务对我国农业的转型和发展产生了巨大的推动作用。然而在发展过程中，农产品流通问题始终存在，农产品物流成为农业电子商务发展的制约因素之一。为解决这一问题，论文从农产品电子商务物流的现状和问题出发，针对性地提出相应的对策，以期促进信息化下农产品电子商务的发展。

【Abstract】With the further development of agricultural informatization， e-commerce has played a huge role in promoting the transformation and development of China's agriculture. However， in the process of development， the circulation problem of agricultural products has always existed， and agricultural products logistics has become one of the restricting factors for the development of agricultural e-commerce. In order to solve this problem， the paper starts from the current situation and problems of agricultural products e-commerce logistics， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in a targeted manner， so as to promote the development of agricultural products e-commerce under informatization.

1 引言

党的十九大报告中提出“实施乡村振兴战略，加快推进农业农村现代化”，农业农村现代化成为新时代农业和农村发展的基本方向。在农业现代化发展的过程中，信息化是其制高点。农业信息化建设是农业现代化建设的重要基石，也是加快农业转型、提高农产品生产力和竞争力的重要保障。随着物联网、大数据、遥感技术等现代信息化技术的广泛应用，结合电子商务的快速推进，农产品电子商务成为当下拓宽农产品销售渠道、提升农产品发展效益的重要交易模式。虽然农业信息化建设的推进为农业电子商务的发展提供了基础和支撑，但仍存在制约进一步发展的因素——物流。如何解决这一制约因素，成为农业信息化推进和农村电子商务中的重点和方向。

2 农业信息化概述

2.1 农业信息化相关文件

首次提出“加强农业信息化建设”是在2005年发布的《关于进一步加强农村工作提高农业综合生产能力若干政策的意见》，此后在中央一号文件中对于农业信息化体系建设都有涉及，如表1所示。……
