【摘  要】基于国家对铺设电力设施步伐的不断增速，满足现代社会快节奏生产生活中人们对效率的切实追求，将电力工程项目管理工作和监理工作实行联合渗透，不但可以将双重属性工作的实际效应显著地发挥出来，还可以使得效率问题迎刃而解。论文以电力工程项目管理与工程监理之间的关系为切入点，结合电力工程项目管理与工程监理融合方面存在的问题，继而对该问题给予相应的解决之策，希望可以为相关从业人员提供可行参考。

【Abstract】Based on the continuous increase of the pace of laying power facilities in the country and the practical pursuit of efficiency by people in the fast-paced production and life of modern society， the joint infiltration of the management and supervision of power engineering projects is carried out， it can not only bring into play the practical effect of dual attribute work， but also solve the problem of efficiency. This paper takes the relationship between power engineering project management and engineering supervision as the starting point， combines the problems existing in the integration of power engineering project management and engineering supervision， and then gives corresponding solutions to these problems， hoping to provide feasible reference for relevant practitioners.

1 引言

在我国的电力工程建设发展进程中，电力工程项目管理可谓是整个电力工程项目的重中之重，更是核心体系，而工程监理则是保障该工程能够正常稳定运转的工作体系，对于整个电力工程项目来说，也是不可或缺的重要板块。另外，工程监理的存在也是监管电力工程项目质量的重要手段。因此，电力工程项目管理中，工程监理行业的不断发展和进步与电力工程项目的发展是呈现正比关系的，而在现代社会人们对电力项目质量问题都愈加关注，工程监理工作深度也就相应扩大和拓展，论文通过电力工程项目管理中工程监理工作的作用进行深入分析。

2 电力工程项目管理与工程监理之间的关系
