摘  要：为响应教育部产学合作协同育人项目培养应用型人才、山西省教育厅“1331”工程中做好应用型高校建设顶层设计，积极面向地方经济建设主战场展现新作为的要求。以山西工程技术学院为例，针对学生实习过程中存在实习基地难联系，实践时间和次数太少，实习经费不足等问题，构建采矿工程专业实践教学体系，以适应新型人才培养的需求，达到培养训练学生的技术技能，实现“应用型”人才培养和用人单位的无缝对接目的。

Abstract： This study is to be in response to cultivating applied talents of the industry-university cooperative education project from Ministry of Education， Shanxi Provincial Education Department "1331" project to do a good job in the top-level design of application-oriented university construction， actively facing the main battlefield of local economic construction to show new achievements. Taking Shanxi Institute of engineering and technology as an example， aiming at the problems existing in the process of students' practice， such as the difficulty to contact the practice base， the lack of practice time and frequency， and the lack of practice funds， the practice teaching system of mining engineering specialty is constructed to meet the need of new talent training， achieve the training of students' technical skills， and realize the seamless connection between the "application-oriented" talent training and the employer.

持續推动地方本科高等学校转型发展，加快发展现代职业教育，不断优化职业教育结构与布局，加大应用型、复合型、技术技能型人才培养比重，引导一批普通本科高校转为应用型大学，支持企业和社会力量兴办职业教育，加快产教融合实训基地建设，加快培养国家发展急需的各类技术技能人才，推动产学合作协同育人项目实施进展，分享项目实施经验，分析相关政策及项目指南，进一步探讨深化产教融合、助推“四新”建设，提升项目质量、促进协同育人模式创新的方法与途径，形成政府搭台、企业支持、高校对接、共建共享、良性循环的产学合作协同育人项目机制，实现高校人才培养与企业发展的合作共赢[1，2]。山西省政府实施三大工程，推进“1331”工程提质增效，加强企业与高校共建联合培养基地，调整优化高校布局结构，推动应用型高校建设，培养应用型、创新型、复合型人才[3]。……
