摘  要：以完善现代职业教育和培训体系为方向，全面贯彻落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，以职业需求为导向，以提升素质、实践能力和创新精神为重点，通过理论探索助力职业本科人才培养，通过五大工程开展职业教育本科人才培养，推动先行示范区高职院校成为大湾区有国际影响的职业人才供给高地，为粤港澳大湾区与中国特色社会主义先行示范区培养高层次技术技能人才。

Abstract： Improving the modern vocational education and training system is our direction. We will fully implement the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform. Vocational demand is our guide and improving people's quality， practical ability and innovative spirit are our priorities. This paper focuses on the talent training of the professional undergraduate course through theoretical exploration and the five big project. Its purpose is to promote first demonstration vocational colleges become big bay area has the international influence of the professional talent supply highlands， for a large bay area of Guangdong and the first demonstration of socialism with Chinese characteristics skills training high-level technical personnel.

职业教育本科是高职院校向上打通现代职业教育体系本科及以上层次人才培养的重要工作，也是贯彻现代职业教育体系“纵向贯通、横向融通”理念的重要任务。作为先行示范区的双高建设院校，深圳的高职院校在职业教育本科试点建设方面具有得天独厚的优势，具体包括先行示范区的先行先试政策及区域优势和双高院校建设的职业教育政策及自身优势，同时也符合区域经济社会、产业行业和职业教育发展需求，既是经济全球化下高等职业教育发展的必然要求，也是满足市场需求和职业类型教育发展的必然追求。

一、职业教育本科试点建设的意义

新一代信息技术复杂度高、交叉融合性强，在这种产业技术变革背景下，三年制高等职业教育培养的学生很难达到信息产业岗位的能力要求，导致信息技术高层次技术技能人才短缺的矛盾日益凸显。……
