摘  要：在互联网+和大数据背景下，对培养信管类人才的创新创业能力提出了更高要求。在信管类人才创新创业能力培养中引入成果导向教育模式，形成一个完整、连续和递进式的人才培养路径，并设计相对应的人才培养体系、多层次的课程体系、重构课程教学内容、以目标达成度为核心的评价体系。以软硬件资源、多元化师资、有效的激励机制等多种措施保障信管类双创教育的常态化发展。

Abstract： Under the background of Internet plus and big data， higher requirements are put forward for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial ability of information management majors. In the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of information management talents， the outcome-based education mode is introduced to form a complete， continuous and progressive talent training path， and the corresponding talent training system， multi-level curriculum system， reconstruction of curriculum teaching content and evaluation system with target achievement degree as the core are designed. Various measures should be applied， such as software and hardware resources， diversified teachers and effective incentive mechanism， to ensure the normal development of entrepreneurship and innovation education in information management majors.

当前在国家有关部门和地方政府的积极引导下，我国各高校逐步重视创新创业教育[1]。党的十九大报告指出：要坚持就业优先战略和积极就业政策，实现更高质量和更充分就业，鼓励创业带动就業。国务院颁布《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》（国办发[2015]36号），使创新创业教育上升为高等学校教育改革的关键内容与必备环节[2]。培养大学生的创新创业精神成为了现代高等教育的重要职责，大学生不断提升自身的创新创业能力也成为了必然趋势[3]。因此，基于创新创业教育导向的高等学校课程改革已经迫在眉睫。

一、国内外高校创新创业教育发展现状

美国高校长期以来一直十分重视创新创业教育，通过创新课程教学培养创业意识，倡导创新创业精神。其中，以斯坦福大学提出的“产学研一体化”创新创业教育模式最为典型[4]，该校十分重视实践应用和基础科研之间的相互转换，通过结合个人能力、专业特长以及所处的社会环境从创业者的角度来规划整个创业系统流程。……
