摘  要：随着时代的进步，越来越多的人意识到幼儿教育的重要性以及幼儿心理健康成长的重要意义，但在发展中仍存在着一些问题。因此，本文从和谐社会角度的观点出发来分析现代幼教的现状以及今后的发展建议和解决方案。

The current situation and development suggestions of preschool education from the perspective of Harmonious Society

【Abstract】With the progress of the times，more and more people realize the importance of early childhood education and the importance of children's mental health growth，but there are still some problems in the development. 幼兒教育事业是国家教育事业的重要组成部分，已成为教育界重点研究的课题，眼下幼教的发展呈现较好趋势，但也存在一些问题待解决。城市和农村的幼儿教育存在差别，家庭观念对于孩子的影响以及发展建议等。

1.和谐社会视角下幼教的现状

（1）       社会现状分析

教育不能成为独立的单发展线，需要依靠社会经济和文化的同步进行，当下教育事业在我国发展呈现较大的差异性，例如，江浙沪等地区已经对于幼儿教育发展开始了进一步的探索，而一些中西部地区对于幼儿教育仍不够重视，忽略幼教的重要性。

第一，城市：现代社会中，人们对于优质的早期儿童启蒙教育有着更强烈的需求，这一点在发展较好的城市中有着更显著的特点，如现在存在的胎教、早教、学前班等等，都展现出了社会对于幼儿早期启蒙的重视度，但是，同时也出现了相关问题，其中最为严重的是师资力量的缺乏，发展道路过窄，很难吸引求职者的目光，无法引荐更多的人驻足。教学模式也存在一定的缺陷，我国幼师多是中专学历的毕业生，而高层次高学历的优质教师偏少，无法填补教学的空缺。……
