摘  要：班级管理是服务于学生的动态发展，是学校教育的一部分，班主任对班级建设中发挥的调控和组织，进而实现教育目标。班级管理是有计划的社会活动，是实现学生全面发展和教育目标的过程。班级管理的成功与否在一定程度上决定着学校的整体教学质量。因此探究班级管理的策略意义重大。本论文从农村小学班级管理现状出发，结合自身多年班级管理中的经验积累，提出了一些班级管理策略促使学生从他律到自律的转变，进而提升小学班级管理，充分发挥学生的自主性，积极引导他们投身到班级管理的实践中。从而为每一个学生的发展创造机会，使每个学生得到全面的发展。在积极发挥学生参与班级管理的同时，引导学生自我管理和教育，从而使班级管理模式真正走向自律。

On the optimization strategy of class management in rural primary schools

【Abstract】Class management is to serve the dynamic development of students，and is a part of school education. The head teacher's regulation and organization of class construction can realize the educational goal. Class management is a planned social activity，which is a process of realizing students' all-round development and educational goals. The success of class management determines the overall teaching quality of the school to a certain extent. Therefore，it is of great significance to explore the strategy of class management. Starting from the current situation of class management in rural primary schools，combined with the experience accumulated in class management for many years，this paper puts forward some class management strategies to promote the transformation of Students From Heteronomy to self-discipline，and then improve the class management in primary schools，give full play to students' autonomy，and actively guide them to participate in the practice of class management. So as to create opportunities for the development of each student，so that each student can get comprehensive development. At the same time，we should guide the students to self-management and education，so as to make the class management model truly self-discipline.

农村小学教育阶段对于孩子的成长起着重要的作用，在义务教育中具有不可忽视的地位，农村小学教育要提高学生的教育教学质量就必须注重班级管理。班级是学校教学的单元，影响着每一个学生的性格养成和生活习惯。农村小学的班级管理应该引导学生由他律到自律的转变，要重视班级管理，就必须得分析农村小学班级管理自律缺失的现状，根据农村小学班级管理中出现的问题采取相关措施，农村小学班级管理才能真正服务于学生的未来成长。……
