摘  要：小学阶段的学生，其世界观、人生观、价值观正处于形成的初始时期，班主任做好班级管理工作，积极开展德育教育，正确引导学生的思想道德发展方向，对学生的成长、未来的发展有着非常深远的意义。班主任要发挥自己岗位的独特性，从班级管理工作、学科教育、家长沟通等方面以积极。恰当的方式开展德育教育工作。

Analysis on the strategies of moral education carried out by primary school head teachers

【Abstract】Primary school students，their world outlook，outlook on life，values are in the initial stage of formation，the teacher in charge of class management，actively carry out moral education，correctly guide the ideological and moral development direction of students，the growth of students，the future development has a very far-reaching significance. The teacher in charge of a class should give full play to the uniqueness of his post，and take active measures from the aspects of class management，subject education and parents' communication. Moral education should be carried out in an appropriate way.

前 言：德育教育是基础教育阶段的重要组成部分，它能有效帮助小学生综合素质的提升。小学班主任作为学生接触最多的教师，从广义上来说，是全天候的德育教育实施者，从狭义上来说，班主任工作的特殊性，又让其德育教育工作有着固有的方式方法。

1.小学班主任开展德育教育的意义

“德智体美劳全面发展”中的徳就是德育，是教育工作的首位，它包含了社会、学校、家庭、个人等几个德育主题。对学龄段儿童青少年进行德育教育是我国教育的一个重要方面。小学阶段的学生正是自身品德、价值体系逐渐建立的关键性时期，这一阶段德育质量的搞坏决定着一个人的人生轨迹和方向。要想成长为对社会有用的人才，除去有着优秀的科学文化素养外，高尚的思想品德支撑是必不可少的。

随着经济水平的不断发展，我国社会正处在高速发展和转型时期，社会生活中存在的一些不良现象会对未成年人的思想道德培养带来一定的不利影响，因此加强校学生道德教育逐渐成为社会各界共同关心的一个重要课题。……
