【摘    要】劳动教育与生活是密不可分的，作为教师要利用好身边的资源，不断优化自己的教学方法，完善和拓展教学内容，激发学生对于劳动课的兴趣，培养学生正确的劳动观念;学校在设置劳动教育课程的时候要结合学校特色，充分开发校本资源，科学合理设置劳动课程，通过劳动教育，不断丰富课外活动，培养学生的综合素质。

【Abstract】Labor education and life are inseparable， as a teacher to make good use of the resources around，constantly optimize their teaching methods，improve and expand the teaching content to stimulate students' interest in labor class，cultivate students' correct concept of labor;When the school sets up the labor education curriculum，it should combine the school characteristic，develop the school-based resources fully，set up the labor curriculum scientifically and reasonably;Through labor education，constantly enrich extracurricular activities， so as to cultivate a high comprehensive quality，to achieve the ultimate goal of our comprehensive quality.

一、通过劳动教育，促进劳动观念的养成

小学阶段的学生对于劳动的观念较模糊，想要培养他们正确的劳动观念，需要从家庭教育和学校教育两方面入手。

（一）家庭观念

在小学阶段，家庭的教育非常重要，家长的言行举止将对学生产生巨大影响因此培养劳动观念需要先从家庭教育入手。对此，家长需要改变自己重文轻劳的传统观念，正确认识劳动的重要性。从一些故事中告知孩子劳动是什么，有什么重要的意义，并且给予孩子劳动的机会，让他们做一些力所能及的事情，鼓励孩子参与家庭劳动，包括简单的扫地、洗碗等家务活，通过这样的方式有效地培养他们的生活自理能力。

（二）学校观念

学校要肩负起教育的重责，摆脱升学指挥棒的负面影响，将劳动教育与学科教育同等看待，为小学生指引正确的方向，帮助他们正确认识劳动。教师在教学的过程中需要将劳动观念与教学内容结合，例如通过“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土”的古诗学习中让他们认识到劳动的艰辛。……
