摘 要 目的：讨论以慕课平台为基础的混合式教学在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法：选取2018级护理专业的136名大专学生作为试验组，对其采用基于慕课的外科护理学混合式教学模式。将2017级采用传统教学的护理专业的134名大专学生为作为对照组。对比两组学生的考核成绩、综合能力以及学生对老师综合能力的评价。结果：对两组学生的考核成绩、综合能力以及学生对老师的综合能力评价进行比较，试验组学生的各项数值均优于对照组，p<0.05。结论：在外科护理学教学中采用基于慕课平台的混合式教学，提高了学生学习的积极性，增加其学习兴趣，使学生的综合能力得到显著的提高，值得被推广和应用。

Abstract Objective： To discuss the application effect of mixed teaching based on MOOC platform in surgical nursing teaching. Methods： 136 junior college students of nursing major in 2018 were selected as the experimental group， and the mixed teaching mode of surgical nursing based on MOOC was adopted. A total of 134 nursing students in grade 2017 were selected as the control group. Compare the two groups of students' examination results， comprehensive ability and students' evaluation of teachers' comprehensive ability. Results： compared with the two groups of students' examination results， comprehensive ability and students' evaluation of teachers' comprehensive ability， the values of the experimental group were better than those of the control group， P < 0.05. Conclusion： the mixed teaching based on MOOC platform in surgical nursing teaching can improve students' learning enthusiasm， increase their interest in learning， and significantly improve their comprehensive ability， which is worthy of promotion and application.

外科护理学是护理专业的学生必修的重点课程之一，具有较强的专业性以及实践性，对学生的综合能力提高有非常重要的作用，是一门研究对外科患者进行综合护理的临床护理学科。常规教学方法都是以老师为中心，对学习内容以及案例进行示范讲解。但是这种方法总体的教学效果并不理想，学生的学习效率以及成绩没有得到有效提高。[1-2]慕课平台（MOOC）是最近几年新兴的一种大规模开放在线课程，是一种“互联网+教育”的产物。在国内外的教学中应用越来越广泛。本文针对我院2018级护理专业学生采用基于慕课平台的外科护理学混合式教学模式，对其应用效果进行研究，具体报告如下。
