摘 要 作为终身教育体系的重要组成，继续教育一般覆盖成人、远程教育、自学考试等各级各类培训教育。为了促进继续教育资源的深度开发，提高教育信息化资源的有效利用率，应该充分借助互联网+和大数据的优势，打造继续教育教学管理云平台，确保继续教育资源的合理开发和共享。本文以此为视角，分析了继续教育的概念、资源特征以及定位，阐述了继续教育资源管理面临的挑战，最后就如何整合与开发信息化资源提出了最佳途径，旨在为全方位推动继续教育资源的共享与完善提供些许参考。

Abstract As an important part of lifelong education system， continuing education generally covers all kinds of training and education at all levels， such as adult education， distance education， self-study examination， etc. In order to promote the further development of the continuing education resources and improve the effective utilization rate of educational information resources， we should make full use of the advantages of Internet plus and big data to create a cloud platform for continuing education and teaching management， so as to ensure the rational development and sharing of the resources of continuing education. From this perspective， this paper analyzes the concept of continuing education， resource characteristics and positioning， expounds the challenges of continuing education resource management， and finally puts forward the best way to integrate and develop information resources， aiming to provide some reference for promoting the sharing and improvement of continuing education resources in an all-round way.

1 概念的界定

1.1 繼续教育及资源

对于继续教育的理解可以按照高等教育为节点，一种为正规毕业后的再教育，另一种为通过自学或者其他培训、实践所进行的再学习。无论哪种形式的继续教育，都需要自身具备一定的教育基础，为了继续完善提高自我，所采取的非学历教育和学历教育的充电行为。一般在教育类型中多利用远程、面授相结合的方式来更新求知者的知识结构，实现创造性思维能力的升华。

1.2 继续教育的特征概括

目前现代继续教育已经发展成为覆盖各个领域学科的综合化结构平台，尤其注重专门化人才的培养，在课程、类型、水平和专业结构当中适应实际需要，协调调整提高创造性思维能力，类型结构的综合性特征极为突出。既有全日制、业余制以及自学教育，又包含学历教育和非学历教育。……
